Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Richard Flores has been in the Construction & building industry for over 15 years with over 30 million dollars in building projects. After having worked for U.S Home Corp and a leading Local Custom Home Builder as a Project Manager, Richard started Premier Property Inspection& Consulting in 2004 .Richard has been a licensed inspector by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2005 and has performed over 6000 inspections. Richard is happily married and is the father of triplet girls.

Efrain is a Professional Inspector (Lic # 10373) licensed by Texas Real Estate Commission with over 5 years experience. He previously worked as a general contractor in the Laredo and Rio Grande Valley Area, Efrain joined Premier Property Inspection in 2009, opening up his base office in Laredo, Texas. Efrain believes in seeing that his customers receive an honest unbiased and fair evaluation of the condition of the home that they are purchasing. Efrain is happy to answer all questions that are given to him and to help home buyers with maintenance tips that come with home ownership.
